Finally, if you're
after a bustling night life and love a great party and good music one of
the best places to visit in the Philippines would be Cebu City. Unlike
Manila, Cebu offers cheaper, less commercial alternatives.

their own compositions in various genres, including various forms of
rock ranging from ethnic fusion to heavy metal, hip hop, dub and reggae.
There's also the Sinulog each January, which is a festival
characterized by hedonistic fun such as only the Bisaya can indulge in.
